SHIPPING
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $100 (before taxes, after discounts). Orders under $100 will be charged a fixed rate of $12.99 for shipping. An option of local same-day delivery is available for $14.99 (Montreal only, conditions apply. 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
We aim to prepare your orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2 to 7 days based on your location. Please anticipate additional delays during busy periods such as Black Friday or holiday season.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find damages, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll promptly address the issue to ensure your satisfaction.

In the event of an error on our part regarding your item selection or in the case of receiving a damaged product, Giocoso will cover return shipping expenses.
